I finally got round to releasing my first quilt pattern. I know, super exciting!
After so many requests for me to write the pattern for One More Cup of Coffee, I sat down, did the quilty maths, got stuck in with digital illustration and created the pattern. Not going to lie, it was a steep learning curve. But I got a little help along the way from with some amazingly supportive women. The quilty community is amazing, right? Always ready to lend a hand.
So without further ado I present to you One More Cup of Coffee – Quilt Pattern
The pattern focuses on curved piecing using a drunkard path block. Creating a bold and modern quilt. I teamed up with Pappersaxsten to create custom templates for the design. Her templates are amazing and allow you to get perfect blocks every time! Jenny has generously given a 20% discount on the template set with proof of purchase with my pattern.
My pattern testers did a brilliant job of working in different colour ways. I really couldn’t have produced this pattern without them. Some of them had never tried curved piecing before and said that this quilt helped them conquer their fear of curves. This made my day!
If you are an curved quilt enthusiast or want to get to grips with curves you will love this pattern. Available as a PDF download at lucyengels.com
