The last few weeks have been a blur of Zipper pouches, cushions and fabric panels.
Unfortunately I have had to abandon #the100daysproject, for now, due to the unexpected workload. Disappointing as I was enjoying trying out all the new blocks. But such is life, you can’t do everything..
I have been manically prepping for Design Market which is being held at the FruitMarket Gallery in Edinburgh in the 10th – 12th June.
I was also fortunate enough to be asked to make a Lichtenstein set of cushions for a dear friend. I really enjoy making these cushions and love testing out different colour ways and fabric lines in them. Oh, and remember that quilt I was supposed to finish a few weeks back? I finally got round to quilting it. I will post more about that when I get some photos of the finished quilt.
I was also super excited to be chosen to be quilter if the week by Ello. To read the full interview click HERE.
This week also says goodbye to Flying High and the Bees. Collection ends 31st May. They are off my screen and I have been busy printing my next collection Actinomycetes which is released on 2nd of June.
Phew, I have been busy !!
The last remaining panels of Flying High are in my Etsy shop if you fancy getting your hands on them.
Until next time..
