HST Cushions

Hey there!

After getting my first print run of Flying High completed I was buzzing (excuse the pun) to get stuck in and start making with it.

I am loving hst’s at the moment. They are great for fast finishes and I was eager to see my fabric working together.  I fussy cut the dragonfly on silver Kona solid working the queen bee and bee hst’s around it to make an 18″ cushion top.

For quilting I stitched in the ditch around the dragonfly panel and then worked outwards in a continuous stitch following the square of the panel. Leaving roughly an inch spacing between the lines.
On the back I even put inserted a zip with a cover fold.   Et voila!

These cushions are listed in my Etsy shop now. Click HERE to own them.
